First Responders

Focus on the trauma and emotions of being a First Responder or First Responder Family member.  First Responders are heroes who have daily experiences that are often traumatizing and upsetting that the general population does not often experience at all.  Focusing on long days at work, sleeplessness, communication and partner issues that are hard to work through the  emotions and challenges of leaving work behind at the end of the day

Adult Mental Wellness / Follow-up Care

After Discharge from Inpatient, Residential care, PHP or IOP individuals need ongoing care and the first 7 days is critical to have established follow up and continued care to build on the successes already developed

Substance Use Disorder  (SUD)

Focused on recovery, relapse prevention, family disease, stages of change and co-occurring disorders.  Being educated on the disease is important, but behavior change and improving our Cognitive Distortions that impact our mental health is critical.  Best success for treating addiction is ongoing care that can last 6 - 12 months after one's last use.  Referrals for Anti-Craving medication are made.

Life Transitions

All ages experience life changes, reviewing our role in the family, career changes, down sizing, physical health, retirement transitions and coping with those events to find a more satisfying, rewarding experience.  Questions we ask is  - How does one combine the joy of work, service, family, hobbies into our life

Stress Management

Adults struggling with mental health concerns of anxiety, depression, mood disorders and the stressors of everyday life e.g. work, family, finances, physical health, anxieties of the fast-moving, information overload world.  Focusing on developing skills and understanding your not alone facing these challenges
